As proponents of the U.S Green Building Council and the Efficiency First Green Real Estate Professional program, we gear our home Greenovation efforts to continually align with well researched standards set by leaders in the home-performance industry. One yardstick we use to produce a Greenovated home is measured by criteria established by LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). LEED for Homes is a consensus-developed, third party-verified, voluntary rating system which promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes. Legal disclaimer.

But working to achieve Net-Zero is only one aim - working to produce a better home solution for your family to live in is our core vision. While we view LEED and other reputable certification standards as a governing aim, we understand the significance of affordability. After all, if a Green home is out of reach, how does that help the average family - or the environment? That's why Amerigreen Property Solutions has developed "Amerigreen Certification" which is influenced by LEED certification and other prominent green building practice standards, but integrates two more primary categories into its set of Greenovation criteria. We refer to these categories as:

ATTAINABILITY and SCALABILITY!

Our recycled, Greenovated homes are "Amerigreen Certified". Though not LEED certified, our homes adopt the following baseline set of criteria at varying levels based upon Bronze, Silver, or Gold tiered price levels:
